SignalAI provides AI-generated trading signals, market analysis, and notifications for cryptocurrencies. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not Financial Advice
SignalAI is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. Signals, scores, and any content delivered through the Service are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the resulting outcomes. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service where prohibited by local law.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You may not share your account or impersonate others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell signals or data from the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use bots, automation, or third-party tools to access the Service without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and signals delivered by SignalAI are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes during your active subscription.
8. Third-Party Data
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and exchanges. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SignalAI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
