SignalAI is an AI-powered crypto trading intelligence service. We analyze 80+ cryptocurrencies in real time and surface buy, sell, or hold signals with confidence scores so you know exactly when to act.
How are the signals generated?+
We combine multi-timeframe technical indicators, on-chain data, market regime detection, and a proprietary AI model. Each signal includes a confidence score and a short rationale.
Are signals financial advice?+
No. SignalAI is an educational and informational tool. Signals are AI-generated probabilities — always do your own research and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
How fast are signals delivered?+
Signals refresh continuously and are delivered within seconds via in-app inbox, dashboard banner, email, and browser push (Pro).
Which coins are supported?+
Free tier covers the top 20 coins by volume. Pro unlocks all 80+ supported coins including major alts and trending tokens.
Can I customize what I get alerted on?+
Yes. Settings → Alert rules lets you set confidence thresholds, watchlist filters, per-coin overrides, signal types, and quiet hours — no code required.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan is permanent and gives you real AI signals on the top 20 coins with email alerts. Upgrade to Pro for full coverage, unlimited alerts, push notifications, and the AI chat feature.
How much does Pro cost?+
Pro is $19/month, billed via Stripe. Annual plans available at a discount. Cancel anytime — no lock-in.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time and won't be charged again. If something went wrong with billing, email support@clovertrade.live.
Do you execute trades for me?+
No. SignalAI tells you what the AI sees — you decide if and how to act on your chosen exchange. We never hold funds or have access to your exchange account.
How do I get push notifications?+
Sign in on Pro, go to Settings → Notifications, and enable browser push. You'll get instant alerts on desktop and mobile browsers that support web push.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on our database, and never store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for details.
