- Account info: email, password (hashed), display name.
- Preferences: watchlist, alert rules, notification settings.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never see your card numbers.
- Support communications: messages you send us.

- Usage data: pages viewed, signals opened, alerts triggered.
- Device data: browser, OS, IP address, approximate location.
- Cookies: session cookies for authentication and minimal analytics.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate the Service (signals, alerts, account).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails (alerts, receipts, password resets).
- Improve features and detect abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and with your consent where required (e.g., marketing emails, push notifications).
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — hosted database and authentication
- Resend / email provider — transactional email delivery
- Push notification providers — browser/web push delivery
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, row-level security on our database, and limit employee access. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.
